DOMESTIC DELIVERY
LáSee provides shipping services all across India. To make it easy for you, we have mentioned a few of the policies which will help you have it clear:

We proceed with all shipping from our India (Delhi) Office.

Free standard shipping all across the country.

We usually ship within 7-14 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped to. It gets covered within 7-16 days maximum.

There are no extra shipping charges for delivery of cod orders as well as prepaid orders for customers in India.

All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date. However, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an email, intimating to you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.

Shipping refers to the time taken to obtain the item(s), pack, and dispatch. The shipping timeline is between 7-14 days. This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end.
So, once the package has left our warehouse, The packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about express package delivery. Following updates related to delivery are accessible normally within 1 day of delivery.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At LáSee, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and service. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to our return and exchange policy below.
1. Request Period - Exchange or return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Contact - Send your exchange or return request to info@lasee.in . An executive will respond within 72 working hours excluding weekends and National Holidays.
Exchange and Return Conditions
1. Eligible Reasons for Exchange :
- Incorrect size received.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Damaged product upon receipt.
- Wrong product received.
2. Non-Eligible Reasons:
- Non-manufacturing defects such as pen marks, breaking threads, or any kind of marks.
- Colour variations due to screen resolution differences (10-12% color difference).
3. Product Condition for Exchange:
- All product tags must be intact.
- The product must be in its original packaging along with the invoice.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
4. Quality Inspection:
- A confirmation email will be sent once the shipment is received and passes our quality inspection.
- If the product fails the quality inspection, it will be shipped back to you.
5. Exchange Limit:
- Only one exchange per piece is allowed.
Shipping and Charges
1.Reverse Pickup:
- Reverse pickup is available at a charge of ₹220, bearable by the customer, even in the case of defective or wrong products, as this service is arranged through a third-party provider.Will be adjusted in your credit note (You don't have to pay us )
2. Shipping Information:
- Once the exchange is dispatched, you will receive the shipping details on your registered email ID.
Specific Scenarios
1. Defective Products:
- A refund is only provided for defective products such as torn items, and an opening video is mandatory for processing these queries.
2. Gift Card Purchases:
- Only size exchanges are allowed for products purchased using gift cards.
Additional Information
1.Colour Variations:
- Our products may have slight variations in color, finish, and overall look due to different monitor displays and lighting conditions. We do not entertain exchanges or returns based on these variations.
2.Credit Notes:
- If the product does not meet your expectations, we will provide an exchange or a credit note for future purchases valid for three months.
