  • For lawful shopping purposes only.

  • All designs and content belong to Pengoriya Design.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • Prices in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

  • Orders confirmed after successful payment or COD confirmation.

  • Prices, offers, and availability may change without prior notice.

4. Payment Methods

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • COD is available across most pin codes; serviceable areas may vary.

5. Liability & Governing Law

  • Not liable for courier delays outside our control.

  • Governed by the laws of India.

  • Payment Information: UPI, credit/debit card, or bank details (processed through secure gateways).

  • Order & Usage Data: Purchase history, preferences, and website activity for improving our services.

  • Process, confirm, and deliver your orders.

  • Provide order updates, shipping information, and customer support.

  • Personalize your shopping experience with relevant recommendations.

  • Inform you about offers, launches, and updates (only if you subscribe).

  • We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary for payment processing, packaging, and delivery.

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Pengoriya Design, we want you to love every piece you purchase from LáSee. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we offer an easy and transparent return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Accessories, intimate wear, and items purchased on final sale/clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a store credit/refund (as applicable).

3. Return & Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer care at cusstomer.support@lasee.in within the return window.

  • Provide your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and product images (if defective/damaged).

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (serviceable pin codes only).

  • After quality inspection, your replacement, refund, or store credit will be processed.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds will be processed to the bank account you provide.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Products without original packaging/tags.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Pengoriya Design, we aim to deliver your LáSee orders quickly, securely, and with complete transparency. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we work to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience every time.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 2–4 business days.

  • Maximum Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to location, festive seasons, stock availability, or unforeseen delays.

  • You will receive real-time updates on your order status via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or for orders above a certain value.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes across India.

  • COD orders may incur a nominal fee, which will be mentioned at checkout.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment.

5. Multiple Shipments

  • In rare cases, if items in your order are shipped separately, you will be informed and provided tracking details for each shipment.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Pengoriya Design will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International delivery will be introduced soon.
